Server Care is for those customers that want just the most critical parts of their network monitored, such as the server, backups, and firewall.
Protect Critical Resources
Under this plan, Tavtech will install a monitoring agent on your server, which reports on the status of the hardware, the operating system, and the major Microsoft applications, such as SQL and Exchange. If any problems are detected then Tavtech will contact you and suggest a course of action.
Also monitored are your backups. We support Windows and Symantec based backups. An offsite backup provided and monitored by Tavtech comes standard with the Server Care plan.
Finally, as part of this plan, Tavtech will maintain your firewall virus definitions, licensing, and connectivity.
